So, who exactly is this “we”?
Alyson is a photographer and graphic designer, and Kristin is a creative director and business coach. We’re lifelong best friends with a shared aesthetic and complementary skills. We launched K and A Creative Co. when we saw an opportunity to help creative female entrepreneurs get their message out to the world with beautiful, interesting visual content and coaching.

KRISTIN
I have a degree in Business Marketing and built the foundation of my business experience working in the fashion industry for 15 years. I’m a visual person with a love for spreadsheets, data, and organization, so creative direction, styling, and business-building are my jam. Though I loved the fashion industry, I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. In 2013, Beautycounter, then a start-up beauty company, became the catalyst for my shift to the entrepreneur life.
Through 10 successful years as a full-time Beautycounter consultant and mentor to a team of 250+, I came to deeply understand what it takes to run your own business, including the all-important visual content needed to stop the scroll and get people to notice you.

MEET ALYSON
I was born to a hobby photographer father who had a dark room in our basement and took thousands of photos a year, it was inevitable that I would also fall in love with photography. I got my first camera when I was eight and started my lifelong love of capturing life around me. I’ve photographed my way across the U.S. and, once I had kids, I turned my lens on them. After years of being recognized for my photos by friends and family and hearing, “You should make this your career!” – I finally did.
